You can now apply a theme to forms you create in Google Docs.

How to access what's new:
To apply a theme to a form, click the 'Theme' button at the top of your form, select a theme and click 'Apply'. Note: The theme will be visible to your respondents when they respond in a form window, but not if they reply from an email message with an embedded form.

You can now control who can edit individual sheets in a Google Docs spreadsheet.

Now when you when you upload a PowerPoint presentation into Google Docs, the speaker notes will be uploaded as well.

How to access what's new:
To upload a PowerPoint presentation including speaker notes into Google Docs, select 'File' and 'Upload a presentation' from the Google Docs menu bar. To make the transition to Google Sites as easy as possible for Page Creator users, we will be doing an automatic transition of Page Creator pages to Google Sites, which will include moving pages to Google Sites and redirecting visits to content in Page Creator to the new location on Google Sites.

How to access what's new:
The transition of Page Creator pages to Google Sites will happen automatically. From now until this transition begins on June 1, 2009, Page Creator users who don't want to be moved to Google Sites have the option to download their content, host it on another service, and redirect their existing Page Creator URLs. These options are available via the 'Learn more' link at the top of your Site Manager in Page Creator.
